Eat Local Miami

This past weekend I hit up Pinecrest's market and I think I could not have made a better decision. It was worth not sleeping in.

So much to eat and so little time...

Having gone with my sister, we split up and bought a whole mess of different goodies. A couple of conch fritters and two nectarines later, we were ready for you guessed it: lunch!

We had some amazing Mexican food(by the way they cater)... check them out!

Flowers, sweets, crepes and tons of fruits and veggies!!!

Take a look at the pics and come with me this weekend if you can!

There is an advantage if we go to Pinecrest Farmers Market. We can get quality, fresh vegetables that do not contain any chemicals or artificial contents. But when the same vegetables and fruits are gone in to third persons’ hands for selling some illegal things happen such as adding wax to keep the apples shining and appear as fresh!

Select a name and a logo for your business. Have business cards and formal invoices printed at a stationary store or online for free at Vistaprint.com. Place small ads in local community newspaper and print up fliers on your computer. Post fliers on community bulletin boards in supermarkets and ask some local businesses such as hardware stores if you can leave fliers with them to distribute. Thanks a lot.
